Returns & Refunds We accept returns and refunds within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Refund To initiate a return, please contact us at veyarostore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items may not be eligible for return, including items marked as final sale or items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at the email above.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
